Dao Overview
Purpose and function
The DAO ensures that Daosis remains community-driven and responsive to the evolving needs and priorities of its users. It allows community members to make proposals and vote about:
Projects to be incubated on the Launchpad
Revenue allocation
Proposal and voting rights
Each $DSS token holder can propose and vote for projects to be incubated or initiatives on how the platforms revenue should be spent.
Structure
A proposal selection function is set to approve proposals before they are visible on the platform. Each proposal undergoes a rigorous scrutiny. A transparent selection and discussion ensures that every proposal is aligned with Daosisβ vision.
Proposals and voting period
One voting cycle is 45-days. Which implies that community members have 45-days to make proposals and vote. Process A proposal is considered accepted if at the end of the 45-day voting period it has the most votes. The 45-day voting cycle consists of two phases: 20 days for proposing ideas and 25 days for voting. This structure ensures fairness and transparency in decision-making within the community.
